EMPOWER Virtual Sister Circle

Drop into a supportive community healing & empowerment experience.  Harvest the wisdom & blessings from 2022, before we cross the threshold into a new year.

We will begin the circle with some education around somatic self-care practices to manage stress & stay in our power at this time.

​

We'll then move into a guided  embodiment session, where you will be invited to journey within to cultivate deeper self-awareness and personal healing & integration.

​

After that, we'll take some time to journal & then open the space for a council style sharing circle, where each women will have the opportunity to speak from her heart.

​

Being in women-only spaces where we feel seen for our contribution and safe to express ourselves & release shame around our human experience is so so crucial to our wellbeing.

This is a judgement-free, vulnerability-positive, sacred space & the meeting won't be recorded, for confidentiality.
