Meet Your Facilitators:

Lizzy Zima - Somatic Healing Guide, Women's Circle Facilitator
I have been supporting women to reclaim their worthiness & self love, and to feel safe, secure and empowered in their bodies, in their lives, and in sisterhood with other women, for over 18 years.
I weave science-based somatic practices, ancient elemental embodiment practices, and channeled self-healing rituals to regulate the nervous system, release trauma through the body, and reconnect to the wisdom that lives within.
My circles are intentionally created as safe spaces to unwind from patriarchal conditioning (shame, judgement, scarcity, & an overemphasis on the mind) and to reclaim the innocence, power, and guidance, of our body, heart, and higher self.
At the center of my work is the prayer that we remember our belonging to one another, metabolize our past trauma, and RISE into the courageous, sovereign, and graceful leaders, that we are here to be, as women.

Hannah Starr - Land Steward, Fire Keeper, & Chef
As soon as I stepped foot on this property, the land whispered for this to be a space for women and children to heal.
After owning a food truck and restaurant for over a decade, I was feeling completely burnt out. When I found this land I made a big leap of trust, redirecting the course of my life to live in a more natural rhythm and create a space for others to be able to come home to themselves.
I thrive behind the scenes making meals and providing general facilitation. I can't wait to bring you food made with love and life and tend to the space around you so that you can focus on only yourself.
I am honored to share and steward this property with you, stripping away the material and letting nature reset the rhythm of our nervous systems. All who come here feel it as soon as they plant their feet on the ground.
