Embodiment & Centering
Connect to the wisdom of the body through movement, yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Learn how to regulate your nervous system, tune
into your intuition & connect to the wellspring
of energy within you.

Self Discovery & Social Development
Get to know your true self & practice your social
skills too. Identify your authentic needs, values,
desires, and boundaries, through journaling.
Learn how to hold space for other perspectives,
grow your compassion for yourself and others
and practice speaking your truth in a safe space
through circling.

Artistic Self Expression & Collaboration

We will join forces with local non-profits such as Beloved Asheville & The Booth Fairy Project
to get out, roll up our sleeves and make a real difference in our city.
We will be serving meals to the homeless, picking up trash, participating in sharing positive messages with our community through street art performances & bliss rallies.
